About the Role
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help expand Kameleoon’s presence in North America, support product training programs, and enhance customer and prospect engagement. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented marketer who excels at translating complex product capabilities into compelling content, training, and enablement materials.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, you will work closely with our global Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships teams to execute product marketing initiatives. A significant focus of this role will be driving the creation of effective training materials, managing our learning and certification programs, and ensuring internal teams and customers understand the value of Kameleoon’s offerings.
This position is based in Toronto with Hybrid policy. Full remote is possible from all over Canada.
In this role, you will:
- Own the development of product training materials for customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Assist in defining messaging and positioning for new product releases and feature updates.
- Work with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure teams are equipped with the right materials to communicate our value effectively.
- Track the impact of product marketing initiatives, analyzing feature adoption and engagement through Mixpanel and HubSpot.
- Contribute to product launches, assisting with messaging, internal enablement, and external communications.
- Managing HubSpot communications, including newsletters, webinar invites, and product-related emails.
- Owning the Product Newsletter, coordinating content, scheduling, and graphics.
- Assisting with monthly product releases, creating Beamer/Appcues messages, internal webinar decks, and website updates.
- Creating short GIFs and video tutorials to support product messaging and training.
- Tracking feature adoption metrics and presenting findings to internal teams.
- Collaborating with regional teams to align on messaging, product adoption strategies, and localized marketing efforts.
- Supporting partnership initiatives, securing demo and partner accounts for integrations.
- Developing sales enablement materials, including product explainer content, one-pagers, and customer success stories.
Experience & Qualifications
Required:

2-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, product marketing, customer marketing, or a related role.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Experience creating product training materials (e.g., tutorials, certification programs, internal enablement content).
- Ability to work cross-functionally and align with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using platforms like Mixpanel and HubSpot to track marketing performance.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred:
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and certification programs.
- Familiarity with marketing and advertising technology (MarTech) and the experimentation/optimization ecosystem.

Video creation/editing skills (e.g. screen recording tools).
- Knowledge of customer education strategies and best practices for training adoption
