Head of Business Development / Market Development Lead UK (London)

We are seeking a dynamic business development leader in the UK who will leverage our existing position and customer base and establish Kameleoon as the premier experimentation platform in the region.
You will work closely with Kameleoon’s COO and be heavily supported by the existing dedicated team for the UK territory (SDR, pre-sales, marketing, and CSMs).

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategy to generate leads, convert opportunities, and secure new business in the UK.
- Identify and capitalise on opportunities to increase Kameleoon's brand awareness in the UK market.
- Manage the entire sales cycle:
- Identify business leads through email, phone prospecting, and ABM.
- Present our solutions during one-on-one meetings and demos.
- Create and manage sales proposals, handle objections, negotiate, and close deals.
- Respond to RFPs.
- Organise customer acquisition events (partner events, breakfasts, happy hours, etc.).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that enhance brand visibility and recognition.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and potential partners to expand Kameleoon's reach.
- Ensure pipeline visibility and predictability through meticulous activity reporting.
Profile
- Experience in the Experience Optimisation Platforms industry or a related field such as Digital Analytics and/or Data.
- At least 8 years of experience selling digital solutions to marketing and/or product teams using effective prospecting methodologies.
- Comfortable managing conversations and relationships with C-level executives at enterprises.
