Missions
To support our rapid growth, Kameleoon is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) for the UK / Nordics market. This role will report to the Lead Generation Manager in Toulouse and work closely with Account Executives. As a BDR, you’ll be a key driver of Kameleoon’s growth. Following a one-month training period, you will be responsible for:
Missions:
- Managing your own territory to identify and contact high-potential leads
- Utilizing prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Similarweb, Surfe, Wappalyzer)
- Building personalized outreach campaigns (email, phone, social) with a test-and-learn approach
- Qualifying targets and key contacts (understanding each prospect’s context, challenges, goals, and environment)
- Book meetings and generate opportunities!
Profile
Ideally:
- You are a Master's student at a business school looking for a work-study program
- You have a strong interest in the web and digital transformation
- You thrive on market expansion
- You want to engage with C-level executives
- You are persistent, persuasive, organized, and curious
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and ideally in French
- You’re motivated to keep learning and contribute to enhancing our BDR strategy
Recruitment process
- 30-mins phone interview to check if their could be a match between your expectations and ours
- Interview with the Lead Generation Manager (visio or in-person) with a simulation
- Interview with one of our Account Executives and / or our COO (visio)
