Demand Generation and Lead Nurturing Specialist

Kameleoon is an A/B testing and experimentation platform used by marketing and product teams at mid-market and enterprise organizations. The company has more than 250 employees across seven countries and is expanding its presence in North America. Our remote-first North American team is based primarily in Ontario.
The role
You will own the pipeline from first touch to sales handoff. Your work will focus on generating qualified leads through paid and outbound channels, nurturing them in HubSpot until they are ready for sales, and running targeted campaigns on priority accounts. You will work closely with the sales team and report on performance against clear KPIs.

What you will do
Lead acquisition (50%)
Build and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Manage campaign budgets, bidding, targeting, and creative testing.
Create and maintain landing pages, and run tests to improve conversion rates.
Design and run cold outreach sequences in Apollo.
Follow up with prospects to qualify interest and book meetings.
Lead nurturing (25%)
Own HubSpot as the system of record for marketing leads.
Build nurture workflows that move contact from leads to MQL.
Create segmented email campaigns and follow-up programs by persona, industry, and funnel stage.
Maintain database quality through regular cleaning, deduplication, and enrichment.
Account-based marketing (15%)
Plan and execute one-to-one ABM campaigns for key accounts selected with the sales team.
Coordinate messaging, channels, and timing with account executives.
Track account engagement and report on progress.
Reporting (10%)
Build dashboards that track pipeline contribution, cost per lead, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
Share regular performance reviews with recommendations for budget and channel allocation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
Two to three years of experience in demand generation, performance marketing, or marketing operations.
Hands-on proficiency with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Apollo, and HubSpot.
Experience managing paid budgets and reporting on pipeline outcomes.
Strong written communication in English.
Strong assets
Experience at a marketing agency or in a similar role at a SaaS vendor in the marketing technology space.
Working knowledge of Claude, including connecting it to services such as Apify to automate research, enrichment, or reporting.
Nice to have
Experience with Asana and Notion for project management and documentation.
Familiarity with experimentation, A/B testing, or conversion rate optimization.
Location and eligibility
Based in Ontario, with a preference for the Greater Toronto Area or the Ottawa region.
Legally entitled to work in Canada.
