JOB DESCRIPTION
To support our rapid growth, Kameleoon is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) for the UK / Nordics market. This role will report to the Lead Generation Manager in Toulouse and work closely with Account Executives and the Country Lead Manager. As a BDR, you’ll be a key driver of Kameleoon’s growth. Following a one-month training period, you will be responsible for:
- Managing your own territory to identify and contact high-potential leads
- Utilising prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Similarweb, Surfe, Wappalyzer)
- Building personalised outreach campaigns (email, phone, social) with a test-and-learn approach
- Qualifying targets and key contacts (understanding each prospect’s context, challenges, goals, and environment)
- Secure qualified meetings with potential clients
PROFILE REQUIRED
This position is open to business students seeking an apprenticeship, as well as junior professionals with prior BDR experience. You have a strong interest in the web and digital transformation. We would love for you to join our team if:
