We are looking for a team-oriented Technical Account Manager (m/f/d) to support our growing team.
Your Tasks
- Onboarding & Implementation: Technical introduction of new customers and smooth integration.
- Troubleshooting: Point of contact for complex technical questions, close cooperation with engineering.
- Customer Management: Support for strategic customers, operational coordination, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Project Oversight: Briefings, implementation control, acceptance of new functions and projects.
- Communication: Clear communication of technical topics for business and tech stakeholders.
- Upselling: Identification and development of growth and expansion opportunities.
- Follow-up & Reporting: Participation in customer meetings, monitoring, reporting, and escalation as needed.
- Continuous Improvement: Support in process optimization and introduction of best practices.
What you bring along:
- 3–6+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role (e.g., solutions engineer, sales engineer, implementation consultant, technical account manager).
- Technical degree or comparable practical experience.
- Proven track record in supporting and providing technical development for customers in the B2B SaaS environment.
- Very good English skills, other languages are an advantage.
- Coding & Scripting: Experience with at least one server-side language (e.g., Python, Node.js) and good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- APIs & Integration: Confident in using RESTful APIs and webhooks, including error analysis and integration support.
