Responsibilities
We are looking for a VIE (Volontariat International en Entreprise) Customer Success Manager & Presales specialist to strengthen our Consulting team based in Toronto, and managing our clients in North America.
Reporting to the CS Team Lead North America, you will mainly work on the following tasks:
- Onboarding new clients: manage client onboarding and provide operational and methodological training on the Kameleoon solution
- Account management: ensure long term customer success, retention and upsell through regular contact and QBRs to prove ROI and boost usage
- Presales: run perfect product demonstration to our prospects, provide close support during POC/Trials and answer prospects questions on Kameleoon
- Operational client support on platform usage and best practices (Industry support, adoption best practices for our solutions)
- Setting up optimization campaigns (A/B Testing, Personalization, AI Personalization), including brief preparation, project tracking, and testing
- Conducting UX and web analytics audits to identify onsite best practices to increase client conversion rates
- Providing analysis and business recommendations to meet our clients' challenges

Cross-functional tasks within the Consulting team:
- Continuous improvement of our internal processes
- Structuring client training
- Formatting support documents
- Tracking actions on certain cross-functional projects (pre-sales, client satisfaction...)
Profile

You have a strong interest in the web technologies, digital experiences, data and UX.
Lastly, you share our values: commitment to our clients and excellence in everything we do. You possess the following qualities/skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills (you’ll be in direct contact with clients)
- Independence and initiative
- Perfectly fluent in English
- Good level of French
- A first experience abroad is a plus
